Chris Brown was reportedly stopped by police on Friday after being caught riding a dirt bike without plates while high on drugs in Amsterdam.

And although it's shocking that he took to the road after getting high at a local coffee shop, the 27-year-old was stopped, taken to a nearby station and only fined for failing to add plates to his bike, TMZ reported.

Earlier in the day, the star had posted snaps of himself smoking in local coffee shops and enjoying antics with friends before his brief run-in with dutch law.

But all the fun seemed to have come to an end when he posted two short videos explaining his mistake of buying dirt bikes without license plates earlier that day.

During the clips he says "So, we're in Amsterdam, we're in the police station. We got to pay this damn fine. Man, didn't have no tags... Public service announcement kids - do not ride bicycles in Amsterdam without license plates. Sorry we just bought the bikes, I forgot about the license plate. We're handling the situation as is. But the police are actually really nice about it. I actually like the police out here". Awkward!

But the fun didn't end there for the 'Forever' singer - he then posted a jokey snap of him being handcuffed by a policemen along with other members of the police force who looked more than happy to be in the star's company...

Oh, Breezy... when will you ever learn!
