It seems as though Love Island’s Chris Hughes is hot property following his split with Olivia Atwood earlier this year, as he’s been linked to two lucky ladies in recent weeks.
After being spotted hanging out in Chelsea with MIC’s Emily Blackwell, Frankie Gaff and model Lottie Moss, rumours of a budding romance with Emily began spreading.
However, it was also reported he’d been dating former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote, and now he’s confirmed this relationship. He’s even introduced her to his parents.
“She is an absolutely stunning girl – she is a beautiful girl inside and out,” he told The Sun.
“I’ve been up north to see her and she’s been down south to see me. She met my mum and dad – you can’t avoid mum and dad.
Chris also described the romance as a “dream come true,” revealing that he and his mum are big Corrie fans and regularly watch the show together.
Chris then went on to clear up the whole Emily situation, placing her firmly in the friendzone.
“I enjoyed spending time with her – but she is more of a friend,” he told the publication.”
This comes as Emily previously revealed she was dating the Love Island star.
Speaking earlier this month, Emily seemed hopeful the relationship would progress, explaining: “It's early days but yeah, we'll see. He's great guy, an amazing guy.”
Slightly awkward.
