It’s no secret Chris Hughes and Kem Cetinay were the vision of love’s young dream last summer on Love Island. In fact, they were probably the standout couple of the whole series, and at one point the public were calling for them to win the whole thing.
Since leaving the villa, the bromance has only gorwn stronger thanks to a spin-off TV show and blossoming rap career.
But, it looks as though the power couple may have been torn about by a tall, dark and handsome man going by the name of Jake Quickenden.
Despite competing with each other on ITV’s Dancing on Ice, Kem and Jake have developed a friendship while skating on the show. Host Holly Willoughby even referred to their budding bromance during Sunday night’s episode.
And it appears Chris has a bad case of the green-eyed monster.
Taking to Twitter Chris hit out at Jake, saying he had ‘blocked’ him on the social media site.
“Just blocked @JakeQuickenden,” Chris wrote last night, leaving some fans amused while others thought there was some serious ‘beef’ kicking off.
Jake, however, was quick to reply reassuring Chris he wasn’t a threat to the Chem relationship and letting the Twittersphere it was just a bit of banter.
“Ahahahah you legend, I know he’s yours don’t worry,” he told Chris.
So, it turns out it's all just a bit of fun amongst pals... You’ve heard the saying, three’s a crowd, right guys?
