Chris Moyles SLAMS Nick Grimshaw on live radio: “Why would you listen to that?”

Chris Moyles has thrown some serious shade at successor Nick Grimshaw on his first day in his new job, leading many to wonder if he's super-jelly that Grimmy has his old one.

During an interview with his first celebrity guest Noel Gallagher, Chris asked which radio show Noel's kids listen to.

When he said it was "the other fella" – aka Grimmy's breakfast show – Chris said: "Why would you do that to them?"

Ouch.

He also told the Sun later the same day: "The kids listen to the Radio 1 pop pop and the adults can listen to the real stuff."

Oh dear.

Moyles – who used to proclaim himself the "saviour" of Radio 1 – may have been a bit butthurt by the fact he hadn't heard from Grimmy on the morning of his first day on the rival station.

"I didn't hear from him today actually. I would have put money on the fact I would have got a text from him but I didn't," he told the newspaper.

"Greg James sent me a nice text yesterday saying, 'Good luck, it's great to have you back.'"

To be fair, Grimmy's pretty busy with his X Factor duties right now, Chris.

Personally, we reckon you could save yourselves a lot of time and aggro by listening to heat Radio instead...
