If we bumped into Beyonce at the Grammys, we’d probably freak out, bow down, and sacrifice a nearby animal in her honour.
Chrissy Teigen had a similar experience (bar the last bit) at the Grammys. As she quite literally bowed down to her. She also called her a ‘queen’. She’s not wrong, tbf.
Speaking on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Chrissy said: "There’s nobody like seeing Beyoncé in person. It’s just so incredible. The aura that comes around her. I mean, she just emits this aura that’s spectacular ... A sober Grammys is a different type of Grammys for me ... On our way out, I was like, 'We have to say something, right?' And I took both her hands - I don’t do this for anybody, it was very weird - and John [Legend’s] like, 'What the hell are you doing?' And I took her hands and I got down on my knees and I was like, 'Sorry to bother you, My Queen.' Like, who says that?! It was like, m’lady. Like, what do you even - who am I?"
That might just be the best anecdote we’ve ever heard.
She also confessed to having a ‘professional’ cursh on Zac Efron (same), saying: "It's not really like a physical crush on him ... like, I really enjoy his films. I enjoy him in a professional manner."
Chrissy is currently pregnant with her and John Legend’s second child, a baby boy. They are already parents to 22-month-old Luna
