Former Chelsea F.C footballer, Frank Lampard, has revealed he and his wife Christine are expecting their first child together. Frank posted an adorable photo to his 2.9million Instagram followers that showed he and his wife posing happily alongside his daughters Isla and Luna from his previous relationship. He captioned the photo, 'We have some exciting news we wanted to share with you. The Lampard family is growing!😀 My gorgeous wife @christinelampard is pregnant and we all couldn’t be happier!!!'
The child will be the first for 39-year-old Christine, who revealed in an Instagram post that she was feeling 'excited, nervous and grateful'. She re-posted the same photo as Frank and wrote, 'The Lampard family are expanding!! 👶🏻 I feel SO excited, nervous and grateful! The list of emotions is endless 🤗🤗🤗.'

Christine and Frank first began dating back in October 2009, then announced their engagement in June 2011 and married on the 20th December 2015.
Frank Lampard is currently the all time top goal scorer for Chelsea Football Club, after scoring an impressive 211 goals during his career. He announced his retirement from football on the 2nd February 2017 and revealed he would be looking to obtain his coaching qualifications. He is a regular pundit on BT Sport. Christine Lampard is a Northern Irish TV presenter who has featured on hit programmes The One Show, Daybreak and This Morning. She has appeared on Loose Women since 2016.
