Claire Sweeney gave birth to her first baby, Jaxon, in September last year after an on/off relationship with partner Daniel Reilly.
The pair were engaged but split up before Jaxon was born. They got back together a month after Jaxon’s birth – but have announced that they’ve now split again.
Claire said in a statement:
“Whilst we have decided not to remain together we are committed to bringing up our wonderful son and making sure we are great parents and supporting each other to achieve that.”

At the time of their last reconciliation Claire said:
“We're together all the time now. The priority is the baby and Daniel is here supporting me and he is fantastic. Daniel has been living with me and looking after me. He's been so lovely.
“He's been brilliant. He took him off me for a few hours this morning so I could sleep for a while.
"Daniel just took to nappy changing straightaway and he's always there supporting me. I couldn't wish for anyone better.”
Claire suffered several heart-breaking miscarriages before giving birth to Jaxon, so we’re guessing she’s going to be putting her baby first.
