Chit-chatting with fellow Loose Women presenters Ruth Langsford, Jane Moore and Saira Khan, host Coleen Nolan has announced that she is soon to be a grandmother for the first time.
Her son Shane, 26, is expecting a baby with his ex partner, Emma.

Coleen revealed:
“[The baby] is from my eldest child Shane and Emma, unfortunately they are not together anymore."
She went on to give details such as the sex of the baby, which is a girl, and that they’ve already decided on a name, Amelia Rose.
Congrats, Coleen!
We hear being a granny is the best, because you get all the cute baby cuddles without the pooey nappies and sleepless nights. You also get to officially start saying things like “back in my day” and have permission to nap in the day all you like.
But the conversation soon moved to the ever important question – what parent-of-parent title will she be honoured with?
Grandmother? Granny? Nan? Nanny? Grammie? Gramdma? You see, tough choice. (We’d go for Grammie, fyi.)
But Coleen revealed she’s going for a classic ‘Nanny.’ Nice.
This public announcement is not the first time grand-mummy Coleen has discussed her son’s private life live on TV. Back in January she listened to her son’s sexual antics, and was “dead impressed”?
She said:
“I hope he’s not watching today but let me say I listened for four and a half minutes, four and a half minutes, I was dead impressed.”
TOO CRINGE.
If that were our mum, we’d probably have to cut ties with her altogether, as we simply couldn’t move past it.
But ANYWHO – Congratulations Coleen, Shane and Emma!
