Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver, who plays the role of iconic character Eileen Grimshaw, has used lockdown to experiment with her hair, dying it a shade of pink as she self-isolates at home.
Sue, who is due to celebrate her 20th year on Coronation Street this year, appeared on Good Morning Britain via video chat this morning (Monday 4th May), debuting her amazing new look.
After host Lorraine Kelly complimented her, Sue said, "It's the only time when I thought I can do what I want. Don't worry, I can wash it out."
Viewers of the breakfast show were quick to take to Twitter to express their love for Sue's new look, with many saying she looks '10 years younger'.
One fan wrote, 'Loving your pink hair @Sue_Cleaver', with another adding, '@Sue_Cleaver your hair that colour looks gorgeous!! Hope you can keep it as long as poss'.

Meanwhile, after it was revealed last week that Coronation Street episodes will run out in June, Sue was asked about the potential of the cast being allowed to return to work.
The actress told Lorraine, "All you need to know is that there are people working day and night behind the scenes trying to get back."
