It's no secret that Justin Bieber isn’t keen on fans making noise when he's trying to deliver a super important monologue about the meaning of life.
Though he recently played down rumours he wasn't into fans shrieking on his Purpose world tour, saying he just wants to connect with his fans on a deeper level. * raises eyebrows *
But Craig David has made a veiled dig at the Biebs, saying fans are allowed to scream as loud as they want whenever he's in the room. What a gent.
Speaking to heat at KISS FM's Haunted House party, the 7 Days legend told us that he welcomes fans fawning all over him.
"I’m not mad at people that scream," he said. "You scream and enjoy yourself, do you know what I mean?"
We know exactly what you mean, Craig.
But the 35-year-old singer, whose UK tour continues in March, does feel for JB, 22, and understands why he wants to speak his mind.
Craig - who is turning on Oxford Street's Christmas lights this Sunday - continued: "At the same time for him, if he wanted to say something and that’s how he felt, then you’ve got to express yourself.
"For me, I’m just grateful that people come to my shows and you can scream as loud as you wanna scream. It’s all good with me.”
We have a feeling that Craig's crowds are much more likely to shout "BO SELECTA" than actually scream, but we get his point.
In fact, we might just grab ourselves some tickets for his show. We’re sure it’ll be one hell of a scream. LOL.
