They've kept us glued to our telly screens ever since The Only Way is Essex first began back in 2010 (we can't believe it's been that long either!) with their break ups, make ups and non-stop drama.
We might evem go as far to say they're our fave TOWIE couple, so when James 'Arg' Argent posted a super adorbs old school snap of himself and long-term girlfriend Lydia Bright we couldn't help but let out a little “aaaw”.
The snap, which Arg shared with fans on his Instagram page shows the couple looking fresh faced as they pose together. Although we're pretty chuffed to see Lydia was rocking the TOWIE fake tan long before the show graced our TV screens!
The reality star captioned the picture: “WOW!!! Now this is a #Throwback for you!!! Me a @lydiabright together before @towie had even begone! #SoulMates x(sic).”
Although the pair are childhood sweethearts, their 7 year relationship hasn't been without some hurdles. Despite that, Lydia recently admitted their bond is stronger now than ever before, although marriage isn't on the cards quite yet.
Talking to the MailOnline, Lydia opened up about her feelings towards Arg:
“We are much older now and we have had some time apart and met other people but we've always been drawn back to each other, we are childhood sweethearts,” the star confessed, “It is definitely long term but marriage isn't on the cards for now.”
Cuuuuuute.
