Dan Osborne will not face police action over allegations he threatened his ex-girlfriend.
An audio recording was published by The Sun on Sunday in which The Only Way Is Essex star allegedly threatened to stab his ex Megan Tomlin if she slept with another man.
He appeared to call Megan, who is the mother of his son Teddy, “disgusting”, “a ct” and told her to “go fk yourself”.

The recording is thought to have been made last year when his current girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa was pregnant with their newborn baby daughter Ella, but he seemed to deny he was in a relationship with the former EastEnders actress.
The tape was passed on to cops but Dan will not face any action.
A spokesperson for Essex Police told Mirror Online: “A 23-year-old man from Barking will face no further police action in relation to this matter.”
Dan was reportedly temporarily banned from TOWIE after the tape was published at the weekend.
A spokesperson told The Sun: “We will be speaking to Dan about this. In the meantime he will not be taking part in filming."
