Daniel Craig has paid tribute to his fellow James Bond star Sir Roger Moore, who died yesterday aged 89 after a short battle with cancer.
Daniel, who has played 007 since 2006, took to the official James Bond Twitter account to pay tribute to Sir Roger, who played him in seven films between 1973 and 1985.
He shared a picture of himself and Sir Roger both dressed in tuxedos, captioning it: “Nobody Does It Better – love Daniel”.
Sir Roger’s family confirmed the news of his death in a statement on Twitter yesterday which read: "With the heaviest of hearts, we must share the awful news that our father, Sir Roger Moore, passed away today. We are all devastated."
