Danielle Lloyd opened up about her recent decision to get lip fillers while appearing on Lorraine today, saying that trolls ‘forced’ her to get the cosmetic procedure.
“People shouldn’t have to go through this. I shouldn’t be getting abused every day. It’s made me stronger and think, I’m not going to allow them to do this to me anymore.”
“The bruise is as a result of these."
She said: “I did say as well in the past that I’d never have it, never have anything done to my face. I just felt so down from what they said, I felt forced into getting the fillers done.”
Danielle confirmed she’d had the procedure done in a statement last month after pictures surfaced of her with a bruised face.
Danielle also read out some of the vile messages she received before making the decision, one of which read: “She looks wrecked and trashy, her face is monstrous and frightful and she looks like a bloke.”
Her rep said: “Danielle has made no secret of the fact that she’s been the target of extreme online trolling and bullying.
She added: “[They said I looked] overweight, I looked haggard and horrible and I thought, 1. I’ve just had a baby and 2. I’m not getting any sleep whatsoever. It was a really tough time, but I think that experience has obviously made me want to talk about it.
