Danniella Westbrook was allegedly hauled off a plane at Malaga airport and arrested for driving offences in Spain.
She was reportedly taken in by police over an outstanding warrant for an alleged driving offence in Malaga last year.
Danniella was later spotted looking downcast in a local bar after apparently having spent the night behind bars yesterday.
“Danniella was stopped by customs last night and then arrested. She was in shock and was really scared when she was led out of the airport in handcuffs," a source told The Sun.
This comes after she was reportedly arrested in the UK on April 10thover allegations of 'malicious communications and witness intimidation.'
Confirming Danniella's arrest, a spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary told MailOnline: "A 44-year-old woman who was wanted in relation to allegations of malicious communications and witness intimidation was arrested by officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary at a location in Essex at 2.05pm this afternoon.
'She has been taken to Hatfield police station for questioning."
After being released Danniella quickly jetted off to Spain for some rest and relaxation.
However, she seemingly tempted fate, as The Sun reports she posted a video telling her fans, “I’m off to Spain! Hope I don’t get arrested," before her flight.
The former EastEnders actress has reportedly been granted bail, but will need to return to Malaga for a court date in October.
