Comedian and TV presenter James Corden has been known for a prank or two in his career, but his latest one featuring David Beckham is potentially the BEST yet.

Becks, who this week became a billionaire with his wife Victoria Beckham, was set up good and proper by The Late Late Show host, with James unveiling a fake statue of the footballer.

After David spent time playing in America for LA Galaxy, James teamed up with officials from the team to create a fake statue of him, with James explaining that the American football team are planning to unveil their own statue in front of 25,000 fans.

As James explains in the video, after finding out David hasn't yet seen his LA Galaxy statue, James decided to create a FAKE version that looks NOTHING like him, before unveiling it to the superstar. 🙈

Ever the gentlemen, David seemed to put on a very brave face when he was shown the statue, whilst James and his crew burst into fits of laughter behind the scenes.

However, after taking a closer look, David proceeds to tell the 'fake sculptor' that the statue looks a lot different to when he saw it in the early stages, before a forklift truck 'accidentally' knocks it over.

At this point, James rushes into the studio, where David's face is a picture. 🤣🤣🤣

Check out the hilarious video below:

So funny!

Don't worry though, Becks did get his REAL statue from LA Galaxy, with the ceremony taking place in LA last weekend.

The dad-of-four posed for a picture with his wife Victoria, with the statue standing tall behind them.

Let's just hope nobody with a forklift truck goes anywhere near it! 🙈
