The man who was found dead in Demi Moore's swimming pool has been identified as publicly identified.
Demi Moore's assistant was throwing a party at the actresses home, although the actress wasn't there, when "a 21-year-old male Hispanic" was found dead in the swimming pool. He has now been identified as Edenilson Steven Valle by an LA coroner.
In a statement Demi gave her condolences to the Valle family, she said: "I am in absolute shock.
"I was out of the country travelling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news.
"The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young man's family and friends. I ask that you please respect the privacy of all concerned during this sensitive time."
