TOWIE's Pete Wicks has penned a heartbreaking tribute to his dog Ernest, who died today.
Describing his pooch pal as "my best friend", Pete posted the statement on his Instagram next to a photo of himself with Ernest.
"Words can't describe how heartbroken I am to have suddenly lost one of the best things to have ever come in to my life," he wrote.
"My boy Ernest wasn't just a dog to me, he was my best friend. Things will never be the same."
The Essex lad went on: "I'm thankful to him for teaching me a lot about myself and everything about unconditional love. He will always be in my heart. R.I.P Ernest #Wolfpack."
We're not crying, YOU'RE crying.
(We're also crying, because the feels.)
It's not yet known how Ernest died, but everything seemed fine with Pete last night when he made an appearance on girlfriend Megan McKenna's Snapchat.
The pair headed out for a date involving nachos, which is true #relationshipgoals right there.
Ernest makes the second TOWIE dog to have gone to the great farm in the sky this year alone, after Bobby Norris' little pup Beau was fatally mauled earlier this summer.
Ernest is survived by his best pal, Eric.
All of heat's doggy love is with Pete right now.
