Doctor Who doctor Matt Smith and his model ex Daisy Lowe have become the latest victims of the ongoing, tiringly ongoing nude hacking scandal, after 18 intimate images of the former couple were leaked online.

Matt and Daisy dated on-and-off between 2010 and 2011, and have been linked with each other many, many times since they split — but, as it ever is with so many young celebrity couples these days, they were torn apart due to Matt constantly nipping off to fight aliens and tin men and ancient, other worldly evils. Why do you think Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow split up? Why do you think half of Little Mix are single? Exactly.

‘The Fappening’ — as the relentless privacy-breaching celebrity hack has been dubbed — has also reportedly nabbed more celebrity victims, including everyone’s favourite haunted adidas shellsuit, Rita Ora.

This week, Jennifer Lawrence — arguably the highest-profile and most targeted victim of the hacking — spoke to Vanity Fair about the massive privacy invasion she had suffered.

“Just because I’m a public figure, just because I’m an actress, does not mean that I asked for this,” she said. “It does not mean that it comes with the territory. It’s my body, and it should be my choice, and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe that we even live in that kind of world.”
