We do love it when a celebrity relationship goes well and it seems Dougie Poynter and Ellie Goulding have fallen head over heels for one another.

The pair posed for a loved-up selfie on Friday with McBusted star Dougie posting the cute picture on his Instagram page.

Ellie can be seen grinning as she poses next to Dougie for the snap and, while he didn’t flash much of a smile, he posted a cute message to let fans know he’s happy in his relationship with the singer.

Dougie wrote: “I like this lady lots.” Naww.

Fans were quick to reply with approving messages, with one writing: “Cute! Plus everyone loves her.”

Another added: “So so so so happy about this relationship.”

An Ellie fan posted: “And how many millions agree plenty more I expect.”

The couple confirmed they were in a relationship in March last year and are still going strong a year on.
