EastEnders are letting viewers decide what the soundtrack will be as Ian has his fifth wedding (and his second to long-suffering Jane).
You’ll be able to pick from There Must be An Angel (Playing With My Heart) by Eurythmics, That Ole Devil Called Love by Alison Moyet, The Power Of Love by Jennifer Rush, I Want To Know What Love Is by Foreigner or You’re The Inspiration by Chicago.
Each of the songs are from the year 1985 – when EastEnders began. They’re clever, these producers.
And excitingly, Jane will walk down the aisle LIVE during the show’s special anniversary week.
So if actress Laurie Brett trips over… it’ll be in front of the nation (please don’t trip, Laurie).
The wedding episode is set for February 19 – which is also the date we’ll find out who killed Lucy Beale.
This is basically TOO EXCITING for us to process, so we’re going for a little sit down.
