But, in fairness, it is Ed Miliband who’s decided to release his inner Noel Edmonds, and grown himself a little bit of facial hair. And the internet is losing its mind over it.

Ed and his beard – who now have their own hashtag: #Milibeard – were spotted out and about recently, and after a snap of the two of them made its way to Twitter, internet folk started losing their minds over it.
