After that weird Ed-Sheeran's-face-getting-cut-by-Princess-Beatrice saga, James Blunt has dished about another ‘uncomfortable’ experience with his mate.
Apparently the singer, who managed to get 9 songs in the UK top 10 recently (how is that even possible???), made him feel uneasy when they were writing songs together because he made him draw on personal experience.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, he chatted about his song Make Me Better, which the pair wrote together and which is about James’ wife, Sofia Wellesley.

“It’s a song I’m uncomfortable with for that reason,” he said. “Ed said, ‘Come on, it’s your job, you veil a lot of things,’ for that reason it was great to work with him.
“He is so open and he dragged me into that space.”
While he was at it, he also decided to give all the goss on that night with Princess B.
“Ed was drunk, messing around, and he cut himself,” the You’re Beautiful hitmaker said.

“We made a fancy story up; people fell for it. It was very embarrassing.”
When quizzed about just how much of the story was made up, he replied, “All of it. Apart from the actual scar. It’s bizarre that people fell for it. I blame Ed.”
Jokers, the pair of them.
