Eddie Murphy has become a dad for the ninth time - yay for him!
The comedian and actor welcomed a baby girl to the world with his girlfriend Paige Butcher on Tuesday morning.
Beverley Hills Cop star Eddie and his partner have chosen a simple but sweet name for the newborn - Izzy Oona Murphy.
The tiny human weight 7lbs 15oz.
A representative for Eddie said: “Both mother and daughter are doing well.”
Eddie and Australian model Paige have been dating for three years and this is their first child together.
This is not the first time the funnyman has become a father - he shares daughters Bria, 25, Shayne, 21, Zola, 15 and Bella, 13, with his ex-wife Nicole Murphy.
They former couple are also parents to son Miles, 22, and Eddie is a dad to Eric, 26, with Paulette McNeely, and Christian, 25, with ex-girlfriend Tamara Hood.
He is also father to daughter Angel whose mother is former Spice Girl Mel B.
Eddie was excited about the impending birth of his new daughter, with a source previously saying: “Eddie really is a family man and loves all of his children, so he’s so excited about having another one on the way.
“Even though he has eight children by four different women, they all come together on holidays and for sporting events and hang out at his mansion as one big blended family.”
