British actor Eddie Redmayne has notched up another award - this time it's a BAFTA for leading actor in The Theory of Everything.

Speaking exclusively at the winners' conference, Eddie told us:

"It feels pretty good (to win). My roots and my rock have been my brothers, sister, mum, dad and my wife...it's been amazing. Do I feel the pressure (for my next role)? No, I kind of just put one foot in front of the other and the day after tomorrow, I'm back to work on a new film called _The Danish Gir_l. It's another extraordinary story about extraordinary people so I feel like every job I've always done I pour my heart and soul into. Some of them end up being great scripts but awful films and some of them are awful scripts that end up okay and sometimes they connect with an audience, sometimes they don't. There's a kind of alchemy that happens with filmmaking that you just can't control so all I can do is keep pouring everything in and see what happens the other side."

He tells us he's loving married life and plans to make it up to his wife with a long holiday, adding: "I'm making this film and then I'm going to sit on a beach somewhere with Hannah, she certainly deserves it."

Eddie is pretty thrilled he's planned in a day off, because it means he can go out and have several drinks...have a few for us too Eddie!
