Peter Andre’s doctor wife Emily MacDonagh has opened up about the so-called ‘Strictly Curse’ that has broken up so many couples since the hit BBC1 show started in 2004 – and confirmed that she’s not even slightly worried about her relationship.
After Pete and his dance partner Janette Manrara topped the leadership board with their debut number on Friday night, Emily told how she’s looking forward to going out with Janette.
“I’ve met Janette and she’s great. I think we’ll all have a night out together soon,” she told reporters at the Pride Of Britain Awards.
“I think if you are someone who is going to have an affair it would be part of your personality and you would do it regardless.
“But Pete is not like that, he is very loyal and I trust him completely. Maybe I’ll be proved wrong but that’s how I feel,” she added.
The 25-year-old mum to baby Amelia married Pete in July this year, having been with him since 2012.
They met through Emily’s doctor father, who has known Peter for a long time.
She even gets on with Pete’s ex-wife Katie Price, who gave her seal of approval by revealing she and Emily often chat about arrangements for Junior and Princess.
