Jeremy Renner, who plays Hawkeye in The Avengers movies, thinks a crossover between Avengers and Guardians Of The Galaxy will never happen.
Now, although we're pretty sure, from our comic book knowledge, that the entire point of Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 (film out in 2018) is to bring Thanos (the evil guy in Guardians Of The Galaxy) down ... so this would mean bringing the two crews together? Surely?
Well, according to Renner this isn't going to happen because they've still got to film like no. 3 and no. 4 Avenger movies - so maybe when we're "80 years old" we'll see this happen.
Or when Renner is dead - hey! It's not us being harsh, it's Renner himself who said it.
Speaking at Wizard World Chicago, on Marvel's biggest superhero teams, Renner said: "There's already a lot of people in the Avengers, you want more?!"

"Chris Pratt, I love that guy. I love what they did with Guardians actually, I thought that was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time," he continued.
So cinematically, it may never happen. Either that, or Renner has no idea what he's talking about.
The Avengers actor continued to say: "I think they'll probably do another Guardians, we still have Avengers 3 and 4 to go. You're gonna be eighty by the time that comes out, and I'm certainly not going to be Hawkeye. I'm going to be Dead Guy."
We all know Marvel is famous for revealing clues after the credits of each film- maybe at the end of *Infinity War - Part 1 *we'll see Chris Pratt (or Guardians) pop up.
Renner also revealed that the forthcoming Captain America: Civil War will see his character Hawkeye side with Steve Rogers instead of Tony Stark. "It made sense to me," he said, adding: "Maybe I switched sides!"
Just in case you're confused or simply need a reminder:
