We've known for quite some time now that the First Dates maitre d' Fred Sirieix was a little bit of a babe.
His wise words of romance wisdom paired with that heavenly, sexy French accent give us all kinds of feels.
And week after week he looks dapper AF in the First Dates restaurant wearing the finest French tailoring (we're not sure they're actually tailored suits, they could be NEXT but he looks proper fit so who cares).
But last night we were given a post-Christmas treat, which literally hands down beats all the presents we've ever received. Not only did we get to watch brand new First Dates Hotel, we also got to see fit Fred in his speedos.
AND WE LITERALLY FELL OFF OUR SOFA AND SPILT OUR GREEN TEA (dry January, dammit) EVERYWHERE.
Fred is ripped.

After we had this little glimpse at Fred's AB-tastic bod, we decided to do a bit of Instagram stalking and found a whole load of steamy snaps.

Love Island's Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland have announced their engagement. Alex (of the massive peen) popped the question in New York, and Olivia took to Instagram to reveal the news.
