We’ve long suspected Princess Charlotte was an absolute cutie – how could she not be, being the offspring of Kate Middleton and Prince William? – but these first official pictures of her christening totally prove it.
Celebrity photographer Mario Testino, who’s worked with the royal family for decades, was picked to shoot the newest addition to the family, and he managed to get these gorgeous snaps of Kate with her baby daughter.
Mario also took pictures of two-year-old Prince George grinning in the sunshine with his dad, as well as one of the four of them together after Charlotte’s service.
The informal feel to the pictures is similar to the first official ones of George, which were taken by his granddad Michael Middleton.
But Mario did get one of the whole royal family, including the Queen, Prince Philip, Camilla and Prince Charles, Carole and Michael, and Kate’s siblings Pippa and James.
It means all four generations of the royal family were together, with the three male successors – Charles, Wills and George – sitting with the Queen.
