Foo Fighters have pulled out of their headline slot at Glastonbury

Well, it would suck if Dave Grohl got stuck in the mud on crutches

Michael Eavis is going to be WELL STRESSED right now – because Glastonbury headliners Foo Fighters have had to cancel their performance at the show.

Lead singer singer Dave Grohl broke his leg in Sweden last week and doctors are insisting he rests up.

We guess it wouldn’t really be the same with him in a wheelchair with his leg propped up…

Dave flew into London earlier this week to have an operation on his fractured leg.

He was on stage when he hurt himself, and told the audience:

“Hey, ladies and gentlemen, I love you too, motherf**kers. Now, look, I think I just broke my leg. I think I really broke leg.”

“So look, you have my promise, right now, that the Foo Fighters, we’re gonna come back and finish the show. Ladies and gentlemen, right now I’m gonna go to the hospital. I’m gonna fix my leg.”

That’s commitment for you – but hasn’t stopped doctors insisting that he can’t do Glasto.

Well, it would be pretty crap if he got stuck in the mud, wouldn’t it?

A festival insider says that Michael Eavis is now having a stress about who to book last minute to headline the festival.

“It’s a nightmare for Michael and Glastonbury,” they said.

“Foos are the safest pair of hands in music and would’ve played a brilliant Friday set.

“He’s now got to find a headliner worthy of the Pyramid Stage at a moment’s notice.”

We can imagine…
