She was known for her 'Barbie Girl' look during her appearance on Big Brother way back in 2011, but now Alex Rose Lee looks completely unrecognisable.
26-year-old Alex, who is from South Shields, has toned down her famous orange tan and peroxide blonde locks in favour of a more subtle look, reportedly spending £60,000 in the process.

Now, seven years on from her appearance on the popular reality show, Alex has shocked fans with her new look on social media, debuting her new brunette hair...
Following her drastic new look, Alex has also recently come out as a lesbian, admitting she's known since she was younger that she was attracted to women, but had previously told people she was bisexual.
After attending Pride in Gran Canaria, Alex revealed she realised she wanted to be herself and told her mum she was gay on her return.
Speaking to DIVA magazine, Alex said, "I’ve known since I was younger that I’ve been attracted to women. It’s only quite recently that I was able to find the strength to come out and say, 'Look, I’m gay.'
"I was saying to people over the last couple of years that I was bisexual. It wasn’t until I was at Gran Canaria Pride that I was like, 'You know what? It just feels so great to be around so many strong women and men.'
She then added, "When I arrived back to the UK, my mum picked me up at the airport and I said, 'Look, I need to tell you something.' And I just said it in the car park. She was just made up about it. I think she knew anyway, but I hadn’t said it out loud and being able to say it I feel so much better. I felt like a huge weight off my shoulders."

Alex entered the 12th series of Big Brother at the age of just 18 in 2011. With Brian Dowling hosting the show on Channel 5, Alex was joined in the house by the likes of Louise Cliffe, Jay McKray and eventual winner Aaron Allard-Morgan.
Alex made it all the way to the final, finishing in third place behind Jay and Aaron. Due to a twist in the series, all finalists were given a share of £30,000.
