Frankie Bridge has said her pregnancy made her feel “out of control” of her body and she’s only just it “back to feeling normal” while showing off her impressive post-baby bod for Women’s Health UK.
The 25-year-old Strictly Come Dancing star and Saturdays singer explained to why her pregnancy made her feel so different. She also made it clear she’s not keen on getting pregnant again any time soon, despite her husband Wayne Bridge wanting more kids.
Speaking to *Women’s Health UK*, she said: “It was the first time I think I felt out of control of my body. I got water retention within the first three months – none of my shoes would fit.
"I always thought I'd want to have babies close together and if Wayne had his way, that's probably how it would be. But the thought of being pregnant again? Now I've just got my body back to feeling normal – I'm not ready to give that up yet.”
She said she’d much rather spend time with her son, Parker, than focus on her fitness regime:
"If I've got an hour to spend with him, I'd rather do that than be at the gym." "I worry about him [her son Parker] all the time. But I don't really worry about anything else. I think it's chilled me out a bit – it helps because he's such a chilled baby."
