Frankie Essex loses TWO STONE in EIGHT WEEKS after admitting to drinking at 10am

Well, what do we have here? It’s only bloomin’ Frankie Essex looking rather hot.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Frankie has lost a massive two stone in eight weeks and says she feels sexier than ever.

But Frankie struggled with her weight from the age of 13, when she and her brother Joey Essex lost their mum to suicide.

The TV star also battled weight issues after finding fame on TOWIE when she regularly gorged on fast food and drank in the morning whilst filming scenes for the show.

Speaking about losing her mum, she said: “I started to put on a lot of weight. My dad was amazing bringing us up but cooking wasn’t his strong point.

“I used to live off microwave meals and I started piling on the pounds.”

And just a few years later, Frankie went on her first crash diet at the age of 18 when she reached a weight of 12-and-a-half-stone.

However, she admits she lost weight too quickly and was left with sagging skin around her stomach and arms.

Frankie said: “I lost the weight too quickly and without embracing a healthier lifestyle.

“I was way too skinny and it left me with a lot of loose skin, particularly around my tummy.

“It was embarrassing because people mistakenly thought I’d previously had a child and the sagging skin was baby fat as a result of the pregnancy.

“It wasn’t at all – it was just down to this diet. I’ve never had a child.”

Frankie decided to take action after leaving TOWIE, replacing junk food with Forza supplements in combination with healthy eating, plenty of exercise and an all-round healthy lifestyle.

“I’d had enough in the end,” she said. “We lived off Domino’s Pizza and we’d be eating and drinking at all the wrong times. I’d be drinking glasses of wine and filming nightclub scenes at 10am.”

But Frankie is now feeling much better about herself and is planning a second boob job.

She said: “I do feel like a new woman.

“I was panic-stricken when I first started working out with a trainer.

“I didn’t think I would be able to cope and there were times when I was so worried about it that I had difficulty breathing.

“But once I got into a regular routine, I could really feel my life turning around. I now feel so much more confident and healthier.”

And Frankie will be joining us at heat Towers for heat’s Big Night In with Lambrini this Saturday night. Fun, eh?
