Ex-TOWIE star Gemma Collins has lost nearly three stone in four weeks – just by drinking juices.
The 34-year-old reality star went on a liquid-only diet under the guidance of Jason Vale, a dietician who runs his own Juicy Oasis retreat in Portugal.
Speaking to the Mirror, Jason explained how Gem went about her huge body transformation.
“She lost two-and-a-half to three stone in total in four weeks, living on nothing but freshly pressed juice,” he said.
“She has been doing exercise as well but not military-style. None of it is forced. Nobody can force Gemma to do anything, frankly.”
GC, he continued, now “realises crisps are the cause of the problem”, and is getting her head around “the need for junk food [being] caused by junk food”.

It’s not the first time the Essex lass has taken drastic steps to shed some weight – she even got hypnotised into believing she had a gastric band earlier this year, which she claimed helped her go from a size 22 to a size 18.
She’s now being touted for the next series of Channel 4’s reality show The Jump, which means she’ll have to be considered fit enough to ski and ice-skate.
It was thought she could be returning to the jungle for another stab at I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, having quit just three days into her stint last year.
Actually, that’s a point – how was Gem able to cope for a whole 28 days without actual food when she couldn’t last three days in the jungle eating rice and (admittedly gross) meat?
