Gemma Collins ‘offered £100,000 to lose five stone and make fitness DVD’

Gemma Collins is currently taking a break from The Only Way Is Essex after getting into a huge row with co-star Vas Morgan.

But if she doesn’t return to the show it may not be a bad thing – she’s reportedly been offered £100,000 to make a fitness DVD.

The reality star has apparently been told she would need to lose five stone by September to secure the deal.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Gemma is known for loving her curves but she also knows how much money can be earned with a weight-loss DVD so is definitely taking the offer very seriously.”

A representative for the star confirmed she is in talks for various projects but did not confirm a DVD was in the pipeline.

Gemma is taking time out from her ITVBe reality show after getting in a fight with co-star Vas.

In last week’s episode of The Only Way Is Marbs she was seen storming off after he told her he did not want to stay in the same villa as her in Spain because he wanted a bit of peace and quiet.

But things seem to have taken a turn for the worse, with a source telling The Sun: “Gemma hasn’t been enjoying filming scenes for the show as much as she once did.

“She told bosses that she was fed up that they kept putting her in confrontational situations. After her row with Vas she threw a massive hissy fit – and the producers bore the brunt of it.

“She feels that she can be a big star without the show and the stress that comes with it.”

A spokesperson for TOWIE creators Lime Pictures added: “We are currently not filming with Gemma Collins.

“Producers make it quite clear to the cast that bad behaviour will not be tolerated.”
