Gemma Collins is reportedly considering suing the BBC after she fell down a trap door at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.
The accident has apparently left her bruised and with a bad back.
She told The Sun that her legs could have been crushed were it not for Love Island’s Marcel Somerville and Kem Cetinay helping her up.
Gemma told the publication: “I’ve got to consult a lawyer, yeah. The BBC, they’ve not been in touch with any compensation or anything — or even an apology.
“It’s very important this gets sorted out because really you know what it is — it’s negligence.
“Do you know what I find shocking? The BBC hasn’t sent any flowers. Nothing.
This comes after Gemma (seemingly jokingly) posted a picture of herself edited onto a National Accident Helpline poster
She’s also made light of the accident in several Instagram posts, including our absolute favourite: Gemma Collins falling off stage to Titanic music.
Probably the most 2017 thing we’ve ever seen.
To recap on Saturday’s events:
After giving the Best. Speech. Ever while presenting the award for best TV show (‘I SAID ARE YOU HAVING FUN?) at the Radio 1 Teen Awards, she did a little twirl and fell down a hole in the stage.
But she styled it out in a way only the GC could, and established herself as the undisputed QUEEN of the world (if she wasn’t already).
She later told hosts Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw: Apart from just stacking it on stage I’m having the best time of my life. I’m kind of okay, the crowd have been amazing.
