Geordie Shore bosses have had to ditch plans for the rowdy cast to film in the US of A because so many of them have had run-ins with the law.

The Geordies have previously filmed in Australia and Mexico, but it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing them in the country where Jersey Shore was filmed – the show Geordie Shore is based on.

America has strict visa requirements for anyone who has arrested or who has convictions, which, let’s face it, is most of the GS gang.

Vicky Pattison was ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid work after admitting assaulting a woman in a nightclub in July last year.

Charlotte Cosby was cautioned for assault last year after fighting with a model at a Christmas bash. Oh, and she also got an 18-month ban after admitting drink driving in 2012.

Marnie Simpson got a community service and supervision order following a “crash for cash” scam.

Holly Hagan was arrested but freed without charge during Vicky’s brawl.

And Gary Beadle was cautioned last June following a nightclub fight.

Wow – that really is most of the cast…

An insider told The Sun: “Geordie Shore has had huge success with series in Australia and Cancun [Mexico] and bosses wanted to do the same in the US.

“But there is just no way all of the cast would have got visas, so it is back to Newcastle for now.”
