George Clooney rushed to hospital after motorbike accident

He's suffered injuries to his pelvis, knees and arms

George Clooney was rushed to hospital after being struck by a car while on his motorbike on his way to filming in Olbia, Sardinia.

According to The Sun, local reports claim George's a Mercedes "suddenly turned" into his bike and knocked him off into the road. He is said to have been found lying in the road and suffered 'injuries to his pelvis and bruising to his knee and arm.'

Italian paper La Nouva reports that the driver called the ambulance which then took George to John Paul 11 Hospital on the island. He's since been discharged.

George and Amal made the decision to move to Sardinia for the summer with their twins Alexander and Ella while the actor stars and directs TV series Catch 22.
