Normally celebs love to tweet, Instagram or sell their big news about getting engaged, pregnant or married, but former Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell went the classier route - AKA the Cumberbatch route - and slotted her announcement into The Times.
Yes, she’s now engaged to F1’s Christian Horner, who is boss at Red Bull!
The post in The Times read: “The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs G.M. Horner and Geraldine, daughter of the late Mr L.F. Halliwell and Mrs A. Parkinson.”
Geri first began dating the 40-year-old sometime around March this year, when they were first pictured together.
This morning Geri posted a tweet about the engagement:
A date hasn’t been set for their wedding yet. Geri who is now 42 years old has one daughter, seven-year old-Bluebell, from her previous relationship with Sacha Gervasi. Christian also has a child from another relationship.
