Geri Halliwell and her new hubby, Red Bull Racing boss Christian Horner had a very traditional, beautiful wedding. And after the nuptials the former Spice Girls singer performed a rendition of Wannabe - AS A JOKE - to her new husband in front of all their guests.
We're glad it was a joke, but we would still love it all the same if we were present on their special day to witness Geri singing a Spice Girls classic tune!
A source told The Mirror: “Before they went on their first date, Christian googled Geri – and found a video of her doing the song.
“Geri found it hilarious that he had to research her beforehand and the song has become a running joke.”
Geri and Christian, 41, got hitched in Woburn, Beds with fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton’s sons Beau, seven, and Tate, four, as guests.
Emma's sons were page boys while Geri’s daughter Bluebell, nine, was a bridesmaid.
Geri’s sister Natalie was maid of honour.
The 42-year-old wifey spoke of her wedding and said: “We are thrilled, it has been an amazing day, filled with so much love, joy and laughter.
“And the sun shone through. It’s been such a day of happiness and one that we will always remember. We feel truly grateful. It has been everything we hoped it would be and more – perfect.”
Other celebrity pals in attendance on the day were Amanda Holden, Myleene Klass, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, former F1 driver Jackie Stewart, Aussie Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo and F1 boss Eddie Jordan.
Much to some of the ladies' delight former McLaren driver David Coulthard served as an usher and wore a kilt.
