Poor old Gino D’Acampo really is given a bit of a rough time by that cheeky scamp Keith Lemon.

But it seems he’s happy to laugh at himself after taking part in a challenge on Keith’s ITV2 show Celebrity Juice.

The celebrity chef has legally changed his name and now has a middle name of SHEFFIELD.

More news!

Speaking on the show, Keith said: “As we all know, Gino D’Acampo doesn’t have a middle name. All you have to do is let us give you one... by deed poll, for real.”

This Morning chef Gino was given a choice of Keith, Juice or Sheffield and after some encouragement from the studio audience opted for the latter.

Keith then brought out a lawyer who was armed with a very real deed poll document which stated his name as Gennaro Sheffield D’Acampo. Brilliant.

Mr Lemon and Gino have a long-running joke between them that Gino fakes his Italian accent and he’s actually from Sheffield.

While Gino may have been happy to play along, it doesn’t sound like his wife is going to be too impressed.

As he signed the document, he exclaimed: “My wife is going to kill me.”
