Former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has been showing off her new slimmer figure on Instagram after losing three stone alongside her dad Jonathon.
Amy and Jonathon rose to fame alongside mum Nikki and brother Josh watching telly on the sofa but they’ve since left the show after Amy went on Celebs Go Dating and broke the “no celebs” rule.
Posing up a storm in a yellow dress to mark World Mental Health day, Amy was glowing and fans were impressed with her weight loss, with one writing, “You look so good 😍😍😍😍” and another saying, “Ams you look UNREAL 😍”.
“Love you with all my 💛, my absolute queen x” said another while one more wrote, “You look fantastic”.

Earlier this year it was confirmed that the entire family had contracted coronavirus but had made a full recovery, and Amy said she thinks their new healthy lifestyles helped them to fight the virus.
"If we hadn’t lost the six stone last year when we did, could this have been a different outcome for us? I just don’t know,” she explained.
"It’s public knowledge that in most cases, the healthier you are when you contract coronavirus, the more likely you are to survive.
