When you're paid to sit on your bum watching TV and entertain the nation with hilariously inappropriate witticisms, you're bound to put on a few pounds.
So it's no surprise the folks behind Charlotte Crosby's dramatic body transformation have offered Scarlett Moffatt off Gogglebox her own fitness DVD.
Scarlett is set to join fellow Geordies Charlotte and Vicky Pattison in the lucrative market of celebrity health and fitness. And we can't wait to hear her comments on the benefits of 'downward dog' and 'snatch, clean and jerk'.
A source told the Sun: "Scarlett is known for sitting on the sofa, but her sedentary lifestyle has really taken a toll on her figure.
"When she was asked if she wanted to do a DVD and lose weight, she jumped at the chance.
"Not only will it help her look even more stunning, it's bound to open up the door for more deals and endorsements, and they're the real money-makers for reality stars."
The 25-year-old Gogglebox favourite is well aware that her recent weight gain is more serious than a reality TV race to get skinny.
She said: "I have been tested for diabetes because my BMI puts me in the danger zone.
"It was a real scare and I know I need to sort myself out and lose weight."
Scarlett's exercise DVD comes hot on the heels of a £25,000 diet deal she passed on once Channel 4 reportedly got involved.
She seems committed to a lifestyle overhaul – eating healthy and citing Khloe Kardashian's fitness regime as a source of inspiration:
