Gordon Ramsey ‘paid eye-watering amount for Ed Sheeran to play at daughter’s birthday party’

Gordon Ramsey has been celebrating his daughter Tilly's 18th birthday this weekend, throwing her a massive party to celebrate.

As well as documenting their time on social media, it's now been reported the famous chef paid Ed Sheeran £500,000 to sing at the glamourous bash.

According to The Sun, "Tilly’s bash was next level. It was clear Gordon had spared no expense in making sure it really was a night to remember," a party insider said.

"Ed is Tilly’s favourite singer so it meant the world to her that he was there, even though his set didn’t come cheap.

"The whole party had a James Bond theme, with drinks topped with her face or the 007 logo and guests encouraged to come in black tie. There was even a 007 ice sculpture which you could drink shots out of."

Details of the party come after Tilly and her dad posted a hilarious TikTok video to celebrate her birthday, which ended up going viral.

Taking to Twitter to post the funny clip, the video sees them play homage to the pair's cooking background, pretending to whisk, but when rock music kicks in, they jump to reveal their party outfits, and dance to the camera.

And fans were quick to comment about the video, with one user writing, "The top tier dad", while another commented, "Name a better father daughter duo. I’ll wait."
