Masterchef presenter Gregg Wallace has been no stranger to a 'gym selfie' since he started his weight-loss journey in 2017, and now he's shocked fans by showing off his INCREDIBLE physique once again.
Gregg, who presents the popular show alongside celebrity chef John Torode, showed off his toned stomach and biceps over the weekend, as he revealed he's now under 13 stone. The 54-year-old wrote, 'Sunday morning alone in a gym. Abs and light cardio, under 13 st'. [sic]
He looks amazing! 💪💪💪
Gregg, who used to weigh over 16 stone, first started his fitness journey back in 2017, revealing on Good Morning Britain that he's given up alcohol and fry-ups. He said at the time, "Let’s just say there are certain things you have to cut out. I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more."

Meanwhile, Gregg is gearing up to become a dad for the first time in May, with his wife Anne-Marie Sterpini pregnant with a 'miracle' baby.
The couple, who got married in 2016, announced they'd fell pregnant naturally, after two years of trying. Gregg told OK! Magazine at the time, "We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying. The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant."
Gregg later added, ‘I’ve been scared and stressed since she fell pregnant but since we had the twelve-week scan recently it feels joyous."
The couple's baby is due in May 2019. 👶
