We have to admit, we we’re pretty surprised when Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, err, decided to “consciously uncouple” last March.
Where did it all go wrong? Did Chris leave the toilet seat up one too many times? Did Gwyn spend too much time updating her website Goop?
Well, it seems things can’t have been too terrible as the actress admits she does sometimes regret splitting from the Coldplay frontman.
She told Harper’s Bazaar: “We’ve made a lot of mistakes, and we’ve had good days and bad days, but, I have to say, I’m proud of us for working through so much stuff together – and not blaming and shaming.
“Of course, there are times when I think it would have been better if we had stayed married, which is always what your children want.
“But we have to be able to solidify this friendship, so that we’re really close.”
Well, the couple, who were together for 10 years and share children Apple and Moses, seem pretty solid – they have both enjoyed relationships since their split but Chris recently moved into a house across the road from Gwyneth in Los Angeles.
Will they get back together? Only time will tell...
