Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up about equal pay between men and women - and spoilers alert she's not happy about it.
The 43-year-old has used her Iron Man co-star, Robert Downey Jr, as an example.

Gwyneth told *Variety: "*Look, nobody is worth the money that Robert Downey Jr is worth."
She went on to say the gap between what men and women make for doing the same job is "painful".
"Your salary is a way to quantify what you’re worth," she added. "If men are being paid a lot more for doing the same thing, it feels shitty."
Robert was recently dubbed the highest paid movie actor in the world, earning £51 million alone last year, taking his total worth to $111 million (£72.4 million), according to *Forbes. That is mad.
And *Hunger Games *star Jennifer Lawrence became the highest female actress with $40 million in the bank - but Gwyn came 12th in the magazine's list, having made $9 million in 2014.
Gwyneth was also asked if she'd return to play alongside Tony Stark (Downey Jr) again.
"I'd like to... but they might swap me out for an 18-year-old Pepper Potts or something."
Sheesh.
