Fans of the X Men beauty were thrilled when she joined Instagram only four weeks ago with the message: "I'm excited to share with you my love of nature, the arts, fashion and much more in the hopes that the images will inspire, promote conversation and bring you joy."
She revealed a snap of the chop in progress with the caption: "I am not my hair. (exploring my new film character.)"
Her rocker mop is a very different look from the tousled tresses she sported for a Revlon commercial only one week ago:
We're not convinced by the new do, but we're damn sure Liam Gallagher wouldn’t look this good in a bikini.
