Has Kit Harrington AKA Jon Snow from Game of Thrones chopped off his long hair?

Don’t ask Jon Snow, he won’t know...

It looks like Kit Harrington AKA Jon Snow who knows nothing apart from how to look confused and grow long curly hair, has cut off that very same long hair, does this mean his character might not make it through the next season of Game of Thrones?

Kit has previously moaned about not being able to cut his trademark locks, due to pesky continuity in Game Of Thrones, but has now gone for a shorter crop on the sides, although some of his mane could be tied behind his head. YO PHOTOGRAPHERS, MORE BACK OF THE HEAD SHOTS, STAT!

What could this mean for Jon Snow in Game Of Thones? Have the makers of the hit HBO show written in a little hair-trimming scene to stop Kit’s whining? Or does it mean he might do a death in the upcoming series - which has now finished filming - so it doesn’t matter what his hair looks like anymore? Or maybe Jon just wear a very important ‘plot hat’ - a hat that’s integral to the plot - for the duration of the series?

Pixie Lott’s other half is a model and therefore automatically nice to look at. But it’s his style we’re applauding here. Oliver nails sharp and very cool red carpet dressing every time he attends a posh party. And sometimes just when he’s walking down the street with Pixie!

Harry Styles2 of 8

Harry Styles

After playing around with cutesy jumpers and big shearling coats, late 2014 saw Hazza enjoy a retro Mick Jagger-esque vibe and we LOVED it. Yeah, the silk shirts aren’t for everyone but we applaud a curly-haired dude that can totes pull it off.

Robert Pattinson3 of 8

Robert Pattinson

As well as finding new love in 2014 (oh haiii FKA Twigs) R-Pattz ditched his teeny heartthrob look in favour of something a little cooler. He proved he could still do smart when needed but really excelled in his off-duty outfits.

Jamie Campbell Bower4 of 8

Jamie Campbell Bower

Brit babe Jamie works a ripped skinny jean like no other bloke. And obvs has a huge appreciation for a decent coat because he’s always wearing one. We love his slightly pirate look.

Eddie Redmayne5 of 8

Eddie Redmayne

Ed-Red might be a married man now (CONGRATS) but that isn’t going to stop us admiring me from afar. Sozzles Mrs Redmayne. Not afraid to break out a bright suit or jazzy velvet blazer, Eddie always makes us smile on the red carpet.

Tinie Tempah6 of 8

Tinie Tempah

We don't think Tinie Tempah has EVER had a bad clothes day. He was probably dapper even as a Tinie baby. This year he's worked colour, bow ties and the best casual sweats evs.

Pharrell Williams7 of 8

Pharrell Williams

2014 was the year of the hat and Pharrell Williams, with his mega successful Happy hit, was the king. When a man can pull of a fuchsia pink coat, sparkly suit and bonkers shoes he's a keeper.

Douglas Booth8 of 8

Douglas Booth

Riot Club bae Doug looks good clean-shaven or beardy, smart or casj. And he seems like a very nice man. We likey Doug.

The trendy 28-year-old actor, appeared on the red carpet for Testament For Youth premiere on Monday 5 January.

Speaking about his ‘hair contract’ Kit explained: "It has its own contract, definitely. I never thought I'd say that about my own hair ... I'm not allowed to cut it, and I didn't realise this until recently. I wanted to cut it -- I've had long hair for ages -- and and they were like, 'No, no, no. That won't be happening.'"

And he told ASOS magazine: "Everyone asks about the bl***y hair," . "Secretly, I'm really looking forward to changing it, like in Testament [where he rocks a slick combover]. Do you want the honest truth? Until recently, I only washed it with shower gel because my mum always told me it's the same stuff as shampoo. I've discovered conditioner though, that's pretty good."

Game of Thrones: Season 5 will air in 2015.
