Harry Styles isn’t just about the ladies and the hair. He’s actually extremely spiritual these days, if you didn’t know.
He’s kept a relatively low profile while on tour with the One Direction lads in
East Asia – Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson have been grabbing all the headlines with their alleged flirtations and Louis’ breakup while away in Thailand.
So what’s Harry been doing to escape all the madness? Meditation and yoga – and we commend him for doing cultural, enriching stuff, while the other lads are presumably drinking buckets of vodka Red Bull and getting their bums out on the beach.

“When Harry was in Bangkok he travelled for 40 minutes on his own to see one temple and embrace his spiritual side,” The Sun reports.
“He’s been meditating and doing yoga in Thailand and also spent time wandering around markets to soak up the culture.
“Harry likes to party too but he thinks it’s important to have some balance.
“It can be seriously stressful being on the road all the time so it’s good for him to explore the countries.”
Harry, if you want to give heat a yoga lesson then that is just FINE WITH US. Also, meditation sounds groovy, but we’re mainly after seeing your yoga moves close up. We reckon you’d do a MEAN downward facing dog.
